"Luck is just opportunity meets persistance."

Years in the field racing, followed by coaching and motherhood, along with a devout yoga practice have given me tools in maturity that I only wish I had in my youth.  If my passion inspires you, please feel free to contact me to discuss private coaching plans to help you reach your potential.  Namaste.

Coaching Philosophy “Working together we achieve so much more.”

Many talented and motivated athletes also juggle full lives along side their sport. As a coach that has been in the pro field, I offer an experienced outside perspective to bring balance to your training and life to help achieve the most efficiency of energy and rest to assure you reach your performance potential. With an expertise in MTB, I offer on the bike skills training, and well rounded training programs to help you maximize your workout time.
