As a coach that has been in the pro field, I offer an experienced outside perspective to bring balance to your training and life to help achieve the most efficiency of energy and rest to assure you reach your performance potential. With an expertise in MTB, I offer on the bike skills training, and well rounded training programs to help you maximize your workout time.

• 2011 – 11 Cat 1 podium finishes in CA, NV, ID, IA: 1 win , 4- 2nd place, & 5th @ Nationals
• 2010 USA Cycling National Champion Cat 1 (age group ;) plus 5 podium finishes (2- 2nd )
•2004-06 35 Pro XC MTB races in CA, ID, CO, AZ, OR, PA: 17 podium finishes: 9 wins, 2-2nd
including: ’04 National Single Speed Champion (1st Woman ever), Lemarian female course record, ’05 Grasshopper Series Champion, ’04 Nationals 31/62, ’06 Nationals 34/122
•2000-2004 Cat 1: Undefeated March-May including: ‘04 Sea Otter 1st XC and 1st STXC), 1st Sonoma NMBS #2, 1st Humbug (19th overall among men),
1st Sick Sixty Singlespeed (70+ miles), ’01 World Cup Napa 4th, ’00 Downieville 9th Singlespeed (only woman) +++
(all races after 2011 have just been fun to balance out my day job... but I did win the Iowa MTB State Championship one year ;)
